ABout ME

I’m Willow. Before this work, I spent years in more traditional roles — CPA, consultant, product manager, and massage therapist. After a period of stress and overwhelm in my 20s, I slowed down and began a journey of self-understanding and inner work.

From there, this work naturally unfolded. I've supported people in many different seasons of their lives. My approach is steady, intuitive, and based in presence.

I’m not interested in diagnosing or “fixing.” Instead, I offer a clear, reflective space where I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and offer perspective to help you hear yourself more clearly. Together, we'll slow down, connect with what's happening, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

My intention is to meet you right where you are — with care, honesty, and space to discover what is true for you.

Michael

Willow and I met to discuss a personal challenge I was discouraged by. I came in with strong presumptions about the source of the problem and an agenda to quickly fix it. Willow helped me slow down and be present with my feelings, gently guiding me out of my usual analytical mindset. She was patient and supportive, validating my ideas and frustrations, while thoughtfully challenging some of my assumptions. This opened the door for me to consider alternative perspectives.

By the end of our conversation, my understanding shifted.  I left feeling lighter and more grounded, with deeper self-awareness and renewed optimism and confidence about moving forward.

My main takeaway from this session wasn’t the information or the notes I took — it was how I felt by the end. I left feeling much clearer and more open, completely different from how I arrived.

Through our conversation, Willow reflected things back to me that helped everything fall into place. I realized there’s nothing I need to do right now — the answer isn’t in doing, but in how I’m being. Simply returning to this sense of clarity is enough.

The anxiety I came in with is gone, and I feel confident that I’m on the right path.

Willow meets you exactly where you are. She brings warmth & sweetness with depth & honesty. I really trust her intuition and the clarity she brings — she listens deeply and offers valuable insights with care and kindness.

I came to the sessions at an extremely challenging point in my life. I'm now in a much better place, with greater clarity, empowerment, clearer decision-making, stronger boundaries, and more self-compassion.

Willow is an incredibly intuitive, drawing from a rich tapestry of healing modalities that she weaves together with grace and depth. Her presence alone creates a space of safety and deep listening.

I left our session feeling safe, seen, and understood—more connected to myself, with tools to calm and regulate my nervous system. I’m deeply grateful for her work.

Willow is very intuitive. She sees me — as in deeply sees me — and gives guidance based on exactly where I’m at. From working with her, I’ve found more ease in the journey of self-love, beauty in the pain that comes with being human, and profound insights that have allowed me to more deeply experience, appreciate, and love my journey.

I had the gift of working with Willow during a very transitional time in my life, where I felt called to do deep inner work. This is work I’ve wanted to do, but can be hard to do all alone… I'm extremely grateful for Willow’s guidance, supporting and guiding me through this journey of Self Love.

"Wow, thank you Willow. This was so deep. You're better than any therapist I've every had." — Cherish

"Willow is a fantastic mentor. She provided a nurturing space where I felt loved and held. She had some amazing insights that I was not able to discover on my own, including that the voice of criticism in my head is actually a voice of love, and that love is trying to protect me.

She also helped me let go of pain I had with my mother and the way she was able to reframe my thought patterns was very useful. Through her guidance, I have become more loving, positive, and kind to myself. Thank you, Willow!"
